An organisation of any size that uses SuccessFactors® as their HRMS software should be able to easily use Xoxoday to access an entire world of aspirational reward redemption options. Xoxoday Plum seamlessly integrates with SuccessFactors® and it robustly takes over the reward redemption process chain.
SuccessFactors®’ performance and compensation product handles budgeting and strategic planning. As a part of its Q3 release, SAP SuccessFactors® announced support for points-based reward programs under their compensation module. Subsequently, they announced Xoxoday as their redemption partner for these programs. In essence, employees of SuccessFactors® clients can now accumulate points for their achievements and redeem them on Xoxoday's comprehensive catalogue.
To make the rewarding process unique, a reward platform needs to be extensive and exhaustive - and this is what Xoxoday achieves for SuccessFactors®. This integration also creates good synergy between the companies by creating a robust rewarding space together.
The Workings of this Integration
When clients of SAP® SuccessFactors® enable Xoxoday Plum integration, they will receive a reset password link on their registered company email. By default, the registered email behaves like an administrator and will be responsible for the configuration and reliable operation of the platform.
After logging into the platform, the administrator has to update the platform settings by selecting the conversion factor, time zone, company logo, and themes. The administrator will be given the SAP® SuccessFactors® Client API Configuration, containing Company ID, API Key, Private Key, and Base API URL. Next, The administrator has to upload their IDP Metadata. This is a one-time process and will aid in Single Sign On for the employees. The administrator can then go ahead to verify whether configuration has been done properly by viewing the status report of the configuration module.
Once the setup is complete, employees will be able to redeem their points collected in SAP® SuccessFactors®. For redemption, they will be redirected to Plum after Single Sign On and they can choose amongst the options available in the catalogue and redeem their points.
