Xoxoday recently hosted a flagship customer event, "Convergence" for HR professionals from diverse industries at the Hilton in Bangalore. Unlike traditional networking methods like roundtables and panel discussions, the event offered a relaxed setting for our clients. The event was our way of expressing gratitude to our customers for their support and contributions.
We were pleased to host 60 guests, including customers, partners, and prospects such as WebEngage, AT&T, ITILITE Technologies, Moonfrog, Larsen & Toubro, ANZ, Volvo, Rakuten, and Dr. Reddy’s. The evening included interactive quiz sessions with prizes, a stand-up comedy performance by Anmol Garg, and a unique HR taboo game. The event offered opportunities for networking, dinner, and drinks. Here are some highlights from the evening:
Anjan, VP-HR at Northern Trust stated, "It was a fabulous experience on a Friday evening. You couldn’t ask for more. There was a good amount of networking, a lot of people to meet, and some fun and laughter as well. So, thank you, Xoxoday, for organizing this."
Another highlight of the night was the launch of our R&R report, marking a significant milestone. Recognizing that engagement and R&R programs have evolved, what was needed was an Employee R&R Trends Report that offers valuable insights into the recognition and rewards practices across various industries and geographies.
Ritesh Zacharias, Head of R&R at Rakuten, shared his positive experience, "I work with Rakuten, I handle the rewards framework there and it was a fantastic experience, great hospitality."
Attendees, such as Anita, HR Manager at Decision Foundry, provided positive feedback. She stated, "The event was a valuable experience as it brought together a large number of HR professionals. This was particularly beneficial, and I had the opportunity to meet many people. Thank you."
Amid laughter, joy, and shared experiences, the catch-up was exactly what many had been looking forward to, and will likely anticipate in the future. Uma Murali, Senior HR at Artpark, mentioned, "The experience for me was amazing, I only wish it was longer and we didn't have to go home so late. But it’s an awesome experience and we look forward to much more of such events." The turnout was excellent, and the feedback, captured in a video, was overwhelmingly positive. See for yourself:
This event proved the saying, "Alone we can do so little; together we can do so much." We are grateful for the opportunity to reconnect with our valued customers and look forward to many more such engagements in the future.
